Penntube® is a tube made of fluoropolymer with many superior properties. By covering the desired location of an object with a tube, many benefits could be gained such as: temperature resistance, dielectric properties, non-stick, low friction and protection from outside environment (chemical resistance, humidity resistance, contamination resistance). It also reinforces the covered area quite easily. Penntube® is used in a wide variety of markets such as: aircraft & aerospace, semiconductor equipment, electric power & communication, computer & OA (office automation), transportation, food & chemicals, home appliance, etc.
Pennchem® CT and Pennchem® TX are tubes with waved surfaces also made of fluoropolymer with many superior properties. They are used in semiconductor/LCD/quarts equipment, MA machinery, measuring instruments, physics-chemistry instruments, etc. The main application is fluid transfer and handling. Both have a unique wave shape: Pennchem® CT with corrugated surface and Pennchem® TX with helically convoluted surface.
Finetube is a high-precision extruded tube made of TFE fluoropolymer, with both "thin" and "fine" properties.
There is no standard size, as Finetube can be supplied as cut sections or long tubes. Finetube can also be colored, in two single colors, stripes, etc. Finetube is available in two types: SLW-SPA (spaghetti tube) and SLW-HST (heat-shrinkable tube).
Extruded Tube is made of TFE fluoropolymer. Its small bending radius provides superior adjustability in piping. Extruded Tube is mainly used as electrical insulation material in high-temperature, high-frequency and corrosive environments in various fields.
The Extruded Tube lineup includes SPA-TFE, which complies with standards such as AMS, UL and CSA, and Tube BT, which is mainly used as piping material for conveying fluids.
Cross-linked Polyolefin Tube is a heat-shrinkable tube, with electrical and mechanical properties improved by high-energy electron beam irradiation.
It is mainly used as electrical insulation material in various fields including aerospace, automotive and electric/electronic parts.
